Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Goods can only be shipped to the countries and areas listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by DPD, GLS or a forwarding agent. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below. If you require shipping to another country, please write us an email (support[@]pl-concepts.com) before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.

No shipping to packing or pickup stations and parcel shops.

INFORMATION ON THE CALCULATION OF THE DELIVERY TIME

The delivery period begins on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day. We are entitled to make partial deliveries. The delivery times do not change for partial deliveries and no additional shipping costs are incurred.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description. Other payment methods are not offered and will be rejected: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, SOFORT.

Detailed information on the individual payment options:

Payment by PayPal: PayPal is an online payment service provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. You will be automatically redirected to our partner PayPal. There you can log into your PayPal account or open a new PayPal account and authorize the payment.
Payment by credit card: If you choose a payment method from the payment service provider Stripe, the payment will be processed via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. Via Stripe, we enable simple and secure payment by credit card. We support the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. After submitting your order, you will automatically be taken to the secure payment form in our store. You must enter your name, credit card number and expiration date. After the final confirmation of your payment, the amount is immediately credited to our account and we can ship your order.
